I love to help people feel more confident, authentic, and fulfilled.
For some clients, that's exploring what leadership means, what makes it effective, how to feel more confident as a leader, and how to embrace the complexity and imperfection it requires.
For others, it may be exploring what success looks like and how to craft a more fulfilling work and life balance.
I have worked as a strategy consultant (Bain & Company and Arthur Andersen), as a manager in a start-up company, and as a Lead Facilitator for premier global leadership development programs (CEB’s Leadership Academies, Challenger Sales, and Effortless Experience).
Since 2008, I have led hundreds of leadership development sessions across the globe on topics including Change Agility, Collaboration, Managing Stakeholders, Strengthening Team Dynamics, Influence, Strategy, Effective Presentations, and dozens more.
I’ve worked with thousands of professionals across Executive Teams, Human Resources, IT, Finance, R&D, Customer Satisfaction, Sales, and Legal.
I have partnered with leaders from Fortune 500 companies to government agencies to NGOs and privately held firms - including AIG, Allstate, Battelle, Cargill, Cisco, CVS, Ford, Four Seasons, Google, Indeed, Ingersoll Rand, Johnson & Johnson, Microsoft, PayPal, Staples, Starbucks, State Farm, Target, and many more.
I graduated magna cum laude from Princeton University, majoring in the School of Public and International Affairs with a minor in African American Studies. And I earned my MBA from the Kenan-Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina with a concentration in Finance, where I was a Dean’s Scholar (top 5%).
