What happens during a workshop?

We will meet by Zoom for 90 minutes, depending on the weekly topic(s). Each workshop will include relevant tools, group discussions, individual reflection, and opportunities to practice and experience the techniques. This is not a passive class. Everyone will want to participate.

What happens if I cannot make a workshop?

Life happens. I understand! Based on the group’s preferences for that week, we can either record the call or we can find time to touch base on a separate call. I want you to receive the full value of the series.

What is your refund policy?

Refunds (minus a small processing fee) are available two weeks prior to class start date. After that, we can discuss putting the funds towards a future workshop or individual coaching.

My team could benefit from this course. Do you offer internal options?

Yes! Any of my workshops are available for private groups. Let’s schedule a call to discuss.

My company won’t pay. What should I do?

Times are strange right now. I understand. And I’m sorry to hear that your company has put a hold on funding professional development. How frustrating! Their failure to invest, however, does not have to prevent your growth. You can still invest in you. You’re worth it. And advancing your skills now will expand professional opportunities sooner: a promotion, more engaging assignments, or even a new career path. I want you to feel calmer and more confident today.
