How does Team Coaching work?
We start with an assessment which we will customize to your team’s unique situation, allowing us to build on the wisdom and strengths of each individual team member.
The assessments typically include a quantitative assessment, qualitative self-reflections, and individual interviews with each team member.
Based on these assessments, we will then create a team coaching plan to meet your team’s unique needs.
Activities may include:
· Crafting a shared team vision;
· Revisiting and realigning strategic goals;
· Building essential skills and shared language for collaboration; and
· Group Coaching sessions to build communication and teaming skills.
Team Coaching may be in person or virtual.
1-hour Sessions may be weekly, biweekly, or monthly.
How long do coaching engagements last?
Anticipate initial engagements last 6 months, which offers enough time for teams to wrestle with new ideas, encounter challenges, and gain practice and confidence in implementing new approaches and skills.
